On Monday, April 27, in the charming setting of Terrazza Blu Mare – Hotel Il Porto, Michelin-starred Chef Angelo Sabatelli will host an exclusive four-hands tasting lunch together with our chefs.

A unique culinary event where technique, territory and vision come together in a refined and contemporary gastronomic experience.

This philosophy will guide the tasting journey: a cuisine designed to enhance seasonal, local ingredients - from land and sea - through innovative techniques and a constant pursuit of balance.

This Michelin-star dining experience in Puglia offers a rare opportunity to explore authentic flavors reinterpreted through a modern perspective.

The tasting menu will be accompanied by a curated wine selection in collaboration with Cantina Morella, a true expression of the Apulian territory, perfectly paired with each course.
